Why Join ISCA?

• ISCA provides a highly regarded professional association for its membership.
• A monthly memo is sent out each month to keep members up-to-date on ISCA goals, legislative information, and Important events.
• ISCA holds an annual conference to offer training and collaboration for members, stakeholders, and families.
• ISCA provides a legislative packet to membership at the beginning of each session to inform members of bills we suppose or oppose, DHS/DSPD budget requests and hearings, etc. The ISC legislative committee attends hearings, follows bills and meets with stakeholders and legislators as needed.
• ISCA is currently reviewing the DSPD contract requirements, added scope of work both informal and through addendums.
• ISCA is currently preparing a position paper to reflect the need for a rate increase. We are researching other states rates, the cost of living index, etc. We need the unity of all Utah Support Coordination Agencies to present a strong voice.
